I could write up a collective employment contract that would be fair to all parties concerned providing they agree to an initial proposal outlining working conditions, expectations and obligations of both parties not withstanding personal grievience processes and protocols governing summary dismissal and/or resignation or retirement and benefits. can you say: "STRIKE"?????
