It is not about gender, its about the individual men are also unfaithful.

I lived in Middle Eastern country, and alot of the men had mistress's, this was accepted as the norm.

I was very faithful to my husband until he cheated on me and hit my son. That's when I divorced him. Not all western women are unfaithful and it is very unkind to suggest we all are. My sister-in-law has been married to my brother for 36 years and has NEVER even thought about cheating. My sister has been married for almost 20 years and also has NEVER even thought about cheating. I think the ratio of cheating spouses is pretty much the same the world over. It happens in all countries and in all cultures not just in the west. And it isn't just women who cheat.

Western society is much more modern than eastern society. 
Also historically men treated women like BEEP and women need to break men of that nasty habit.

There is a diffrence of culture .women are very
independent in west so they can decide themselves
