Chicken feet never! Not for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I usually have actimel (yoghourt drink) Weetabix with skimmed milk and orange juice at home if I have time. If not, I´ll have toasted wholemeal bread with olive oil and tomato, and a black decaffeinated coffee around 10 or 11 am in a local cafeteria.

Breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a pauper.

The healthy way to eat, regardless of who may be sharing your bed!

My Thailand friend convinced me not to use yokes in my omelets if my weight gets close to 125 pounds. When I am far from this mark, yokes are fine thumbs up

And besides, there are couple of places around here where they make absolutely marvelous egg-white omelets.
