USThumper: Ive had about anything from squirrel to bear, pronghorn antelope was good, but a little strong. The best roast turkey Ive ever had was a wild turkey. I happened to get it just before thanksgiving. Not at all dry like a lot of store bought turkey.

RDM59: That must be the Lowland breed. The Scottish mountain Haggi are much hardier and wiser. I find a yodle rather than a whistle tends to work best ......
