As a devout follower of the Flying Spaghetti Monster I am surprised and offended that most people on Connecting Singles don't share my beliefs.

Why IS it with you people! Why can't you see the truth?

Burn in meatball hell sinners.

I'm not acquainted with the FSM. Can you enlighten us around his doctrines? I have a bad feeling you're going to say we shouldn't be eating spaghetti. What about without meatballs, is that okay? Oh dear, more sins I have to be forgiven for.

And do you have a photo of him?

If you Google it, you'll find a lot written about it. (So it MUST be true)

for example,

Most reasonable and rational people will be interested in different viewpoints and respect the rights of an individual to have viewpoint that is different to their own.

I'm not like that at all. I'm a CS Zealot. I'm going to push my religious beliefs down your throats - and if you don't believe you can all just fry in spicy meatball hell!

The FSM was an invention designed to show the ridiculousness of non-scientific religious ideology like creationism (under the false label of "intelligent design") being imposed on schools.

The basic point of Bobby Henderson's invention is, if you allow one "creation story" to be paraded around in schools as "science", then you must allow them all no matter how ridiculous.

Or, schools can continue to teach the only plausible theory that fits all the evidence, that of evolution. Science is about strictures, not scriptures. "Intelligent design" is neither.

Despite lies told be some of the religious, secularism is not atheism. If one religion is allowed in schools, then you must allow all religions in schools; seeking anything else is to seek theocracy.

Well, well, well - I do believe I might finally have found the true Truth - the Truth true enough to at last release me from my agnosticism. And become - a pastafarian. bowing

Thank you for enlightening me!

Thanks for the info - I read up on it, and it certainly makes sense!
