They'd take too many lifetimes to count. Heck, we just discovered a new planet not that many years ago, and removed one from the planet list. We now have the planet Chiron, but Pluto is now thought not to be a planet, or not one from our solar system anyway. 
I don't think I'd trust anyone who said that they knew how many stars exist.

Stars are not scattered randomly through space, they are gathered together into vast groups known as galaxies. The Sun belongs to a galaxy called the Milky Way. Astronomers estimate there are about 100 thousand million stars in the Milky Way alone. Outside that, there are millions upon millions of other galaxies also!

Ah, referring to astrology. By that definition, there are 12 Sun Signs, 12 Moon Signs, and 12 Rising Signs available at the time of one's birth. And then there are other planets, depending on the astrologer since some now include Chiron, falling in different houses. There are still at least hundreds of possibilities for unique combinations in any given year...making thousands of possibilities if you're looking at more than one specific age for a partner.
Your natal chart, which is unique to you, determines your personality and life challenges, but doesn't determine your entire future. You still have free will, or you couldn't overcome your life challenges.

In the galaxy there are as many stars as there are neutrons firing in your brain.

up close. Under a high-powered microscope, solidity falls away and our cells, as well as the cells or molecules of all matter, whether organic or inorganic, look like the starry night sky. We look, on that microscopic level, as though we were part of an endless universe of suns with planets orbiting them, which are in relationship with other sun systems in various ways.

actually there are 13. Man messing with the calendar and with astrology,(and everything else lol) trying to simplify and organize and maintain control, anything but be in sync with the the planet.

And yes, I'm aware of that one too. But most of us follow the Earth zodiac of 12 signs. Many astrologers will tell you that it's more accurate for us than the one with 13 signs. Fight it all you want, we're Earth-born and still tied to its vibrations for now.
