They have no transparency under this amendment. The FOIA is now void concerning the Interpol. Instead of creating more transparency like he promised, he has created yet another way for the FBI to avoid the FOIA. All documents are now viewed under the discretion of Interpol. In other words, they control discovery. When discovery is not truly discovery, justice isn't just blind, she's bent over taking if from behind.

Interpol has had considerable success catching criminals; it's about time the USA joined........ your isolationist mentality doesn't keep the USA great, it just keeps the USA from being part of a larger world.
In Europe criminals used to find it so easy to hop to another country and 'disappear'.
Many still succeed, but a lot more would still be free if many countries had not joined Interpol.

You may not understand the implications of this "executive order" but I do. This just sold our right to habeas corpus to a foreign police force. Along with several other legal rights that I'll not go into (privacy).

Anyway. I don't say that Interpol is evil. I'm saying, why delete the clauses on immunity from external audit? This isn't about Interpol really, this is about the FBI obtaining a level of opacity that makes Iran look liberal, under the auspices of "international cooperation".

Then why delete the Clauses on customs and discovery? The right to export without trial, and claim diplomatic immunity from indictment later? They already had the legal right to operate in this country as a visiting law enforcement agency.
Do they need diplomatic immunity as well? Why would that be?
