OK my insomnia is kicking in again and really making a mess of things. My dyslexia is getting worse and I am getting distracted at work.

What have the rest of you found that works for you? I don't want to take pharmaceuticals and that seems to be what many suggest.

That's a shame.
Did you try adjusting the dosage?

A Philipina woman told me to take 1 teaspoon of rosemary & make a cup of tea with it & that would do the trick.

I never tried it so I don't know but maybe try/google that?

Best of luck to you!thumbs up

I have herbal tea, a hot bath, and sometimes herbal sleep aids. The sleeps aids just relax you and aren't addictive.

My Rose (NOT real name)has been getting a few good nights sleep a week at best. She crashed on the sofa at 9:00 to night then stumbled off to bed a little past 11:00.

I've been trying unwind from the week at work and that keeps me awake. If I go to bed feeling awake I will end up waking her with my tossing and turning.

Seriousl try the herbal tea and sleep aid. I swear by them. I hate taking drugs; barely take aspirin.

Valrian root, Kava Kava, Have you tried Melatonin. Just go to a health food store, When i was young I got up early, exercised, fed the horses, went to school, worked three jobs. I slept a few hours and then back up again. Try to relax count backward. Speak in a calm mental waya. Wind your self down. Practice meditation and subliminal dvd's work. Good Luck. It takes awhile just keep trying. Dsylexia, you will grow out of it. Try to think positive. You can change. Do not resist. Try to change your reaction to insomnia. Listern to your inner voicegift
