Me I'm just hoping to get someones attention.

Don't know them at all. They could have any sort of personality I wouldn't know. Just like to meet a fellow neighbour and maybe arrange a coffeedate.

They have just joined CS. They are in my neighbourhood and I'm blocked.

Now is this because they know me and blocked me personally. Or is this because they have set up there mail wrong. Or is it something else.

If its one: Bad luck for me.

If its Two: Hope you read this "J" and fix your mail settings. Then we can hopefully arrange a coffee date grin

If its three: Well I'm probably better off not knowing what reason three could be blues

Hope you read this "J" as would like to say hello wave and this was the only way I could think of.

If anyone knows another polite way around blocks let me know. But I keep getting the message that this person is not accepting mail or flowers from my area. And this just has me stymied as we are both in the same area. (if their location is listed correctly).

I really don't believe I have met her before either out in the real world or online. "J" if you see this drop me a line.

Generally if you are blocked its because of age, or locality.

I know Shell Even Sheer Bottomless Chasms amd invisible swing bridgeslaugh

Actually something good did come out of this. I just researched my mail filters. I never knew how indepth they could be. I'm sure they weren't that potent when I joined. Or I was just to lazy and complacent to look. sigh dunno

But its OK people. Its just a stab in the dark. It was just a stab in the dark just in case the person in Question was brousing the Forums. wave newzealand

Dragon this is so sweet.. you putting yourself out there like that.

That is a big call, I really hope this lady has the intelligence to browse the forums, the intelligence to understand your message, and the desire to drop you a message, and the equal passion to find a future.

GOOD LUCK!

cheers

Mate, I think there is even less opportunity in WA!!! There are so few women on here from WA.. and those that are.. are either 35 or younger or 55 or older.. the 35-45 bracket is almost bare. (Angelmarz and Smartrider are in the bracket but both mates!)

I think you are brave, romantic and worthy of a good response to your plea! I really hope it works out well for you Mate.. even if you are a Kiwi!! rolling on the floor laughing

Awwwww Kizzy,

I know there must be allot of guys who have the "smorgasboard sydrome" lol especially in the early days of CS, and yes Id imagine allot can't see the forest for the tree's, I offten wonder how many great possabilities get passed up because of this.....I guess we will never really know.

So we need to believe in fate and the old saying, It wont happen over night, but it will happen! heheh

I love that! However you should try coming from WA .. very simple fare.. and not a lot of it.. I could try the Shotgun approach as well.. but it would not serve me well. I am just being patient and plugging away.. waiting for MS (Not Always) RIGHT to appear.

I have more fun and get more emotional satisfaction out of writing to intelligent, interesting and fun people in other states and countries. Who needs a women when you have such great pen-pals and mates!

Hi Morebloodyrisks,

Yes I agree, its just as nice to sometimes just chat with NICE,genuine and REAL people than to waste time with time waster's and fakes......sometimes a little hard to tell though.

Sorry its so hard for you over there in WA I wonder why that is??? smaller population maybe? hmmmmm.

Just keep on keeping on as you are and Im sure, that ellusive one will appear when its time... if I see her I will tell her to bloody hurry up.

Ohh maybe if we join EVERY bloomin dating site on the net we might get lucky ha ha ha, gee not enough hours in the day for keeping tabs on all of them.....there are So many around, ( just a flight of whimsy there)lol

Cheers

But Then put an Aussie in NZ and they'd have a field day. Or get that frustrated with Kiwi thinking.

Why.

Well as I understand it, an Aussie thinks nothing of jumping in a vehicle and Driving four hours.

But a Kiwi will think hard about travelling more than one hour, Without just cause.

What I'm getting at, "And your Backyard is so much bigger than mine" Cosmically speaking.

Strangely enough I know exactly what you mean.
I would not worry about driving 300km each way for the right person. Like Kizzy.. I was in Nowra and my partner later my wife was in Canberra and that drive was nothing to spend quality time together devil banana if you get my drift!
