I think Bohemian Rhapsody has to be a contender, it caused such a stir at the time, and challenged so many "rules" and ideas of what we thought was Popular music at the time.

There are just way too many fabulous songs, that can be tagged as my No 1 favourite song ever.

I can't think of one particular song but realli it is anything by either Don Williams or Conway Twitty. The reason being is that all their music speaks to the heart and how it is.
I don't listen to the radio, cos I don't have one and there are too many drongos on there.

I also LOVE Layla - have had the pleasure of seeing him perform it live twice, now!
I think I would have to say that my all-time favourite song is "The Promise" by Tracy Chapman. I sent a link to a video of it to my OH when we were first together & it has become a very special song for both of us.
