Ahhh... the ash fallout from the volcano in Iceland? The airports are closed.
Our local airport is still open but not flying to the UK at the mo. Apparently we should see some ash fall at about teatime.

That's because most of the aircraft are grounded due to the volcano eruption in Iceland.

Very trying to get the met virtual it shows weather pattern and the wind direction at the mo it's ahigh over faroes and the wind is Clockwise dragging the ash toward the uk.... will mean some glorious sunsets... get the camera ready.....

By the way Bode this is a good site for hillwalkers and climbers it covers the whole UK.....and gives a great service for all areas
