When it comes to dating,Say you want to eventually get married. Do you put a time limit on how long to date? After how many months or years do you give up on the relationship.
I think if you really love the person there shouldnt be a time limit set on when to get married. If theyve been faithful and youve been together a long time thats what matters the most. So dont ever give up.
I dated my first husband for 3 months and then we got married. We were together for 13 yrs. Dated my last husband for 2 years and then got married. It should have been over 4 months into dating but I was crazy about him and thought he would stop chasing women. Well, my bad...it never stopped!!! He went to Iraq and I was faithful the entire 14 months. He called me 2 weeks before he was supposed to return to the states to say he wanted a divorce. He had met someone on the internet, that posted a fake pic but he moved her to Ohio from Arkansas, bought her a $5000 engagement ring and racked up thousands of $$$ in bills. Two months later, he came to me wanting me to forgive him and take him back. I loved him so much that I did. I paid off her engagement ring and all the bills. Well, things were good or so I thought but not even a year later, he met an "old friend", 2 weeks later he told me he wanted a divorce and 2 weeks after that he was engaged to her. We have been going through a long divorce every since. So, to answer your question...if there are any red flags, end it then and there!!!!! If everything is great and you love each other, who cares how long you have been dating. Probably a little TMI for this post but I got it off my chest anyway
