I´ve only ever truly loved one man. I can´t explain in simple terms how I knew, just that I´ve never experienced the same feelings since, and doubt I ever will. blues

I have never been in love, but I have loved many people dearly. I know that what I felt was love, because I would sacrifice my happiness for theirs.

I made the ultimate sacrifice for one very special man many years ago. He followed me over half the world for a couple of years, and I never once even considered taking the heart he so freely offered, (even though my heart ached to be with him), because it would not have been the right thing to do.

He went on to do great things and I never regretted my decision.wine
