My honest opinion is that there are hot women there but i really do believe yanks are a weird bunch , a breed of their own for sure. The reality tv shows i have watched are just complete bonkers.

That's questionable. Some great show's. Some great comedy's. I absoultely love Southpark, Simpsons (Seasons 3-9) and Futurama... most quotable show's ever.
BUT. Father Ted, Fawlty Towers, The Fast Show, Blackadder? I don't think American comedy can stand up to that kind of quality.

I agree.I do sincerely miss the BBC dramas, wildlife documentaries and all the comedies, like the ones you mention.
One of my alltime fave programs - anything with David Attenborough in - came on here recently..his new series "Life". Couldnt wait to watch it..
When it came on, I couldnt understand what was going on for a mo - Oprah Winfrey's dulcet tones came floating through. They had dubbed David's voice with hers!!
TV in the States is much more censored generally too..
