Just cooking chilli con carne at this moment in the new halogen oven, so its an experiment
Put in extra red wine so even if it doesnt taste that nice i probably wont notice

Baby bamboo shoots with tofu cooked in 5 types of soy sauce, wok fried chicken pieces with chopped cabbage, garlic and onions, wild vegetables cooked with various herbs and spices and then steamed over boiling soy sauces, fresh peas and green beans stir fried in olive oil and chilli, and an egg, potato and aubergine soup made with chicken stock.
Washed down with local white wine, a clear sprite made from rice and about 70% proof

I have a great recipe for Talapia and Arabic rice...has allspice, almonds, lemon juice , currants, and parsley...it is one of our favorite meals...
