I went to the market. Had some Pad Thai, with some stir fried vegetables+pork. I bought some tasty Tom Yum Goong too - but I wasn't hungry enough to eat it. Stocked up on fruit. Bananas, rambutan and lamut. Didn't buy mangosteen this time. It's in season and I've been gorging too much of it.

davpk10: Well I think Grilled chicken breast merinated in Italian dressing, seasoned with "Montreal Seasoning",homemade potatoe salad, and califlower with a extra sharp Canadian cheese sauce will be our dinner ...and of course a movie as well......how about you all...good planning makes for a great supper...

That sounds gnarly. I have been eating vegetarian hot dogs and sausages a lot. A Chicago style hot dog has seven ingredients that I know about on top of a freshly steamed bun. 1) Catsup 2) Mustard 3) celery salt 4) diced onions 5) sliced tomatoes 6) a long dill pickle wedge 7) Vienna sport peppers. Then they put it in a paper lined cardboard trough - for lack of a better word - and fill in all the gaps with squishy french fries. Some people swear there should not be catsup. Some people use something called piccalilly instead of relish. Sometimes Vienna sport peppers are way hotter than usual. If you can find them at all they will either be mild or burn your tonsils off. Then, you eat it and catsup and mustard always get on your shirt and the wind blows your hair in the bun and gnats head straight for it. Know what? On second thought, if you go to Chicago stick with Gino's pizza or Harolds Chicken Shack. If you still want a Chicago hot dog, do NOT eat the fluorescent red meat or the radioactive green relish. Don't say I didn't warn you. 3 words: goats head revenge.

Tonight I made pork tenderloin stuffed with onion, apple, smoked peppered bacon, and spices. Also on the menu is baked spaghetti squash. I also made sauteed zuchini with fresh mushrooms and onion and a homemade cheesecake for dessert. Sipping Gentleman Jack the whole time.
