there are tons of forums-international is always and has always been the most trafficked but there is a contact us button bottom of the page and a box to tick for specific suggestions such as this if ya wanna double your efforts

I agree. Better yet would be regional. Many of the individual state Forums are essentially dead anyway. (It doesn't help that newcomers are directed to the International Forums by default instead of their home-state Forums.)

ireland australia canada
all the other countries...UK too
they are all less populated and less consistent than the international forum
for this reason they have this forum-
so all hours we can meet from all over the world here
this site is supported by advertising
if we arent in those other forums they arent making money
this forum has proven to be the most popular and profitable but i am sure they would appreciate all suggestions.
i wont be joining this petition as it is fruitless and also i would still be in here....in the international forum.
lots of people use chat rooms here but i dont know where they are located...the people not the chat rooms

well onekitty maybe when there are a number of responses in agreeance on the thread copy and past the thread address in a letter to CS admin
meanwhile individuals could also send letters
if they think it will be worth the time investment and be profitable they will do it

No, honey the point is that there are things that are pertint to the USA that others don't care about. There are a lot of political things that go on that only should be for the USA. Or for Canada. Or for whoever. It's okay for the international forums to go and they do really well. But my experience has been that a lot of international people complain about all the Bush and Obama threads that go up. And I agree. Let's keep it to ourselves, you know? Besides that, I would like to talk with USA people sometimes and there is no way of knowing if they are on line or not. Perhaps we could have more contributors if it weren't international? Yes? No? I think it's worth a shot to consolidate the states into one site. It's way to spread out as it is. Please give it some more thought. Thanks, K

No, not at all. Most of the countries have their own place. The USA place is divided to 50 states. It's totally dead. It would be nice if we could all meet up under "usa", same as we do under "austrialia" or whatever. Everyone welcome! Sorry for bad spelling tonight. Very tired. Thanks for your thoughts!

Seems a bit narrow-minded to me.
Many US people haven't a clue about what is happening in Europe or in Asia. You want to restrict even more your knowledge about the rest of the whole world?
Those who don't like the Obama threads don't have to open them. As for talking to USA people only, you can send them a message in their mailbox or look at their profile to see if they are online.
IMHO the fact that these forums are international is part of the great interest I have in them.

I'm back. I just had to check. It's still the same. All the other countries have thier own forum. And there is an international forum. But for the USA, it's totally split up into the 50 states. It's totally rediculas. How can we visit if there are only 5 people on line from each state at a time. You guys have it lucky! You can all visit with your countrymen at any given time PLUS go on the international forums! That's what I want for USA people too! You can understand that, right? See ya! K
