boomboom_uk: Just got to share my good news..Im so excited can hardly type...went to the hospital today with the intention of telling them I was stopping my chemo because the side effects were becomming unbearable..told I didnt think it was working anyway and she told me it is..my blood tests are showing negative the virus is gone..the downside is Ive got to stick the treatment out for another 6 months to be certain it wont come back..tough days ahead but now I know the virus is gone I`m more determined than ever to stick it out....3 CHEERS FOR BOOMBOOM...im on such a high....

I only hope my best friend margaret is looking down on me and sharing today with me she inspired me to get well enough to go on the treatment but died just before it..when the illness was first diagnosed she gave me this and Ive had it in the back of my purse ..It will be proudly hung on a frame from now on..cheers Maggie...

I'm glad to hear that BoomBoom. I know you've had a rough time of it, but now at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it's not a train. Congrats hon.

im very happy for you i to have had chemo i know what it does to you mine i now have damage to my organs nerves and many more things from the chemo but the cancer is gone i guess its the price you pay i wish you the best ------ This thread is Archived ------
