John..first I wish to thank you for all of the CSer with a conservative voice for placing this thread online. That growing conservative voice, mind you.
It is like we have our own Obama bashing thread now. Made specially for us. I feel warm all over.
Second, John....do you just think that the great Obama bash of 2009 has anything to do with the GWB bash of 2005-7 and the McCain/Palin bash of 2008?
DEM taught us well in the previous years on how to bash. DEMs were superlative in the bash of those three. From SNL to the late night talk shows, to the NYTimes, to the Huffington Post and Move On.....
they had big REP bash for close to four years. It was one big DEM giggle on anything that they said, did and attempted to do.
You (DEMs) wanted political power so badly John....well we both know what level it dropped to.....now you want to raise the bar...and make it all nice and better. Now you got it and are finding it tough to do. Welcome to the big leagues. It is now very simply... lead.
Lastly I got two aging parents....John. None of us will ever sign up for Obama care....and we are not wealthy. Surely could use the money. But it just would not be right to take it. I figured I qualified for $27,000 the other day by homecaring under Obamacare. But will not ask for it or take it.
There is a real difference in our understanding of right and wrong, John. Some can rationalize taking from the gov't any hand out that comes and will sell their vote to get it. Others would never sell the vote no matter what the price. Because they know many others have paid an ultimate price for the vote.
It ain't a compliant. John. Just the way it is.

If you replaced "oil spill" with 911 attack oh ya AND massive hurricaine and "trillions on economic bailout" with "trillions on a war"... I would think you were talking about an entirely different person...
At least this one is putting the money into US and not "rebuilding Iraq" and at least this one can speak intelligently... I'd say we have an improvement. The health reform bill remains to be seen and I think it could have been something great if it would have had the support of the opposing party rather than the idiotic chaos that ensued...
