No matter how much power, someone still needs to lead. Mainly my point though was, if one tends to jump into something, sometimes it can go astray quite quickly. Patience can be a life saver - so pay attention, listen CAREFULLY, ask questions and then hopefully one can be a wise decision.
People tend to give you info that suits their purposes (for whatever reason) ... sometimes they will let things slip, so watch out for those moments. I guess as well, I'm sounding a little cautious, perhaps as a result of experience, but I'm also not into getting my heart crushed over and over again. Call it pragmatic - but my heart is in good shape these days.
