Sampe1967: A couple years aback a female sister in christ who visited your Dr. for eight years with an on off pain in her stomach and never got better, but when they all gathered around her in church and united in prayer, she started vomiting all over the carpet, stuffs that i didn't know human ate, but she has not had that complaint since.
So this sister of yours probably ate some s**t that she shouldn't have and was causing her harm, what does that prove?
As for the praying causing vomiting, it's simply hilarious
Nakedpackage: This was 500 years ago, Islam is at that stage of evolution now.
It was much more recent than that actually, people in Spain were still being burned at the stake during the years of the French Revolution in the 1790's.
Artist Francisco Goya's famous sketches illustrate his eye witness accounts vividly. Goya had painted caricatures that were deemed disrespectful to religion, so the inquisitor of Madrid 'kindly' invited Goya to attend some poor sod's burning as a 'friendly' warning of what would happen to him unless his art became more diplomatic.
Here in Malta we still had an inquisitor as well till Napoleon arrived in 1798. Spain and Malta were the last 2 countries to remove the inquisition in fact.

wulfen: And undoubtedly we'll have a new 'fad' religion by that time that will have replaced christianity and will be making inroads into a declining islam.
It's a pattern that has repeated itself a lot in history. A new cult springs up, struggles with repression for the first few centuries, flowers into a dominant religion for more centuries, then slowly wanes and declines while at the same time being replaced by a new belief.
The Stone Age period saw the widespread cult of fertility, epitomized by the statues of the 'fat lady' in the Mediterranean from around 5000bc-3600bc, till it was replaced by the more patriarchal Greek Pantheon.
This in turn expanded and was merged with the more traditional Roman gods (the Lares Penates) and dominated Europe till the advent of the monotheistic creeds.
In fact, the type of religious discussion on these threads would probably have happened in the ancient Greek/Roman period. The intellectuals of the 2nd & 1st centuries BC didn't believe in Zeus, Apollo etc anymore, but the ill educated masses still believed Zeus/Jupiter would send a bolt of lightning on your head if you displeased him.
Seems the christians haven't evolved much, judging from the OP's posts
Ramming religion down the throats of those that dont want it,
Its no wonder people disagree with bible pushers so vigously, I for one find them obnoxious!

Only the mentally blind and stupid idiots, of which Albert was neither, can look at the complexity of the universe and the beauty of nature and not understand the existence of a creator--God in all the names and genders. Of course, he recognized God in his world.

Is god so cruel to create a creature that lays its eggs inside another of gods creatures then slowly eats the victim alive?
