I would first invest some of it so I would not be broke in 5 years.
I would get myself a home and take care of my family.
Finally, I would get a really good psychiatrist who will no doubt have to work overtime to keep me from completely loosing touch with reality and a permanent bed waiting at the rehab hospital.
There was 2 ministers that have come and gone again in my area that I liked. One in particular probably drank more than most alcoholics lol. He was a good man and a excellent preacher. I have seen him from time to time in the last few years and I always make time to talk to him and catch up.
