This is why I rarely write anyone. I really would have no idea what to say to someone who is practically a total stranger other than "Hello, how are you today?"
Tell him you don't him anywhere near where you are working and you want nothing to do with him. If he gets a job working with you, there will probably be a lot of tension that would be bad for both.
Put the molestation aside, it is undeniable that he did dangle a newborn baby over a balcony to shock everyone.
If that was any other person in America, they would have been arrested, charged, tried in court, found guilty, loose the kids, and probably serve time for it.
