I would need a full page to answer this one. Here is the short version.

10 years ago, I was wasted 24/7 on whatever I could get my hands on. Done nothing but party party party.

Today, my focus is more on getting my life together. I am more generous, far more compassionate and honest, but I find it much harder to trust.

I was in several rock bands where that was a issue sometimes.

Its difficult but not impossible. Tell them they are doing a great job, and try to create a atmosphere that is positive.

Usually I will just wind the music up that loud, it distracts me or go for a walk, play with the pets. Usually one of those will work but no luck today.

I never slept good last night, possible that may have done it.
