I met David Norris once in a shop. He remarked about me buying The Guardian and The Sun at the same time, asked if I had a split personality. Seemed a nice, friendly man.
Trealach01: That is clear enough - it's a statement of 'fact' but only by you. Not just ONE Priest ALLEGEDLY involved but "PRIESTS INVOLVED IN MASS MURDER"
I do wish you would read what you write before posting, it would help a little. There is a 'Preview button' at the end to assist with that.
Thanks for your help. I shall make an effort to check my text before posting things you don't like!
If I need anyone to recommend a good defender of the faith I know where to turn.

A pedant like yourself will sooner or later be left with egg on his face!!!!
fallingman may have erred slightly but he was inadvertedly correct!!!!
There was more then one priest in the IRA and murdering by bombing....
Remember Fr. Patrick Ryan who was wanted on serious bombing offences in the UK. He was one of just a number of murdering scumbags who this state wouldn't extradite.
And the delight from the usual quarters that he had gotten away with it. And Father Ryan giving an interview and revealing that his 'hobby was explosives'.
We only know the half of what the Priests and Bishops were up to. We only know the half of what those FF politicians were up to.
They are both worthy of our utter contempt.
There'll be plenty to defend them and make sure they get justice. Unfortunately it's too late for some of their victims.
GalwayGuy35: There are 2 or 3 people here in particular who feel they own the site and regularily accuse people of being a fake and generally trying to tell people what to do. And there is one in particular i have never seen eye to eye with.

True Gal... you know sometimes (for me) you just have to wise up to some people.. they like to take the piss because it is the only way they know how to relate to others. Sad but true ,eh .

Yeah thats true. Ive been here since November and have seen people ganged up on just for having a different point of view.
These are the days of the open hand They will not be the last Look around now These are the days of the beggars and the choosers
This is the year of the hungry man Whose place is in the past Hand in hand with ignorance And legitimate excuses
The rich declare themselves poor And most of us are not sure If we have too much But we'll take our chances Because god's stopped keeping score I guess somewhere along the way He must have let us alt out to play Turned his back and all god's children Crept out the back door
And it's hard to love, there's so much to hate Hanging on to hope When there is no hope to speak of And the wounded skies above say it's much too late Well maybe we should all be praying for time
These are the days of the empty hand Oh you hold on to what you can And charity is a coat you wear twice a year
This is the year of the guilty man Your television takes a stand And you find that what was over there is over here
So you scream from behind your door Say "what's mine is mine and not yours" I may have too much but i'll take my chances Because god's stopped keeping score And you cling to the things they sold you Did you cover your eyes when they told you
That he can't come back Beacuse he has no children to come back for
It's hard to love there's so much to hate Hanging on to hope when there is no hope to speak of And the wounded skies above say it's much too late So maybe we should all be praying for time
"Praying for time"...George Michael...prophetic, eh?
