Godsgift: Well, I've just spent 45 minutes bouncing around to some old Status Quo music and doing my houswork! What it lacks in class and complexity (all 4 chords), it makes up for in sheer fun!

i went to tesco the other day to do some shopping and i was like a child when i seen the alpahbet spaghetti tins. havent had them since i was a child so bought a few tins. i had them for my lunch in work yesterday and i was spelling out my name with them on a plate. think my workmates were looking at me wondering if i was right in the head i was delighted with myself though

Yes my neighbours regularly see my in the street playing with my kids and their friends over the years from jumping in puddles with wellyboots on to riding on their toys, playing paddy's and numerous other games. Love it and actually they are all use to me now so don't bat an eye lid any more.

I love it when my sisters kids have a birthday - any excuse to browse the toy shops! That, and Christmas!

I still go home occasionally just to be ''mothered'' i.e she will cook for me and not expect me to tidy up after myself, bring me endless cups of tea with biscuits while I watch trashy telly in front of the fire in the cosiest of chairs!!
Make the bestiest breakfast ever before I head away although its a different story if we make our way to the ''local'' so she will also wake the entire house if we've been out for a few ''to many beers in the local'' and ''tut tut'' with that look on her face...make us go to Church but she will as ever still feed us before we head away ah bless her
I had my sisters kids and there 2 friends over a couple of fridays ago (kiddies were 6 to 9 years old) and we danced on the kitchen counters to ABBA for an hour!
