Memories of 67 flooding back....
Bod, i dated Steve Winwood for 3 months before he became famous. He was a Handsworth lad here in Birmingham and used to play with the "Spencer Davies Band" in Laura Dixons in Navigation St, Birmingham. He turned out to be a great friend of another one of my favourite musicians.... Clapton. Have stood right next to Clapton when he was in the "Yardbirds" at the Aston studios in Aston Birmingham....
