bodleing: Oh yesssss
Memories of 67 flooding back....
Bod, i dated Steve Winwood for 3 months before he became famous. He was a Handsworth lad here in Birmingham and used to play with the "Spencer Davies Band" in Laura Dixons in Navigation St, Birmingham. He turned out to be a great friend of another one of my favourite musicians.... Clapton. Have stood right next to Clapton when he was in the "Yardbirds" at the Aston studios in Aston Birmingham.... .. Great times

“Even though we've changed and we're all finding our own place in the world, we all know that when the tears fall or the smile spreads across our face, we'll come to each other because no matter where this crazy world takes us, nothing will ever change so much to the point where we're not all still friends.”
A good friend is someone we can count on, as well as being so much more. A friend is someone with whom we can relax and just hang out, have fun and share our innermost thoughts, deep dark secrets, lofty and noble goals, or our hopes, joys, and fears.
A good friend allows you a safe space to share your deepest thoughts and needs without worry of being judged, criticized or made to feel silly for feeling the way you do. Friends cheer each other on, laugh and cry together, and just plain commiserate and listen to each other.
That's why friends are friends....
Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything.
Marcia Mateo A true friend is one who thinks you are a good egg even if you are half-cracked.
Thanks merri and Ray for be my friends...never leave me alone in the jungle...no matter what big 're the beast...
