The Question is :Why he is not burried ?

In the Quran, Verses 79:15-26 say
And Pharaoh said, ‘I am your most high lord!' above whom is no other lord.
So Allah seized him and punished him and made him an example for the after life and for the former. The punishment that he suffered in the life of the world is drowning and the punishment of the Hereafter will be in the Eternal Fire

I heard about the "Pyramid" money making scheme - the one at the top starts the business and recruits people beneath him/her. Portions of their income by recruiting new members (who pay a fee) goes to the one on top, gradually all the new members pay the ones above them and so on and so on - the one at the top is the wealthiest

Are you referring to the paranormal qualities of 'Pyramid'? For instance, in the 1970's and 80's there were experiments in living in A-Frame houses, a type of pyramid,- that generally resulted in the inhabitants having a broader sense of self, fulfillment, being content, healthy, etc... as Ramses 11 was 96 when he died, it is extremely unlikely he was haring after Moses in his chariot, and when the Quran was written, the mummified body of Ramses has not been discovered
