Australia Day (49)
to me it means being thankful that I live in such a great country ... its also the date that those that apply for citizenship become official aussies .. as I did many many years ago
um...how do I celebrate it.... it varies because sometimes I work it and sometimes not.. this year I get the day off from my day program so I still get paid and I get to sleep in and can have an easy morning without rushing to get dressed or anything
but I am doing a short shift in the evening which I dont normally do but I figure I get paid double time and a half so it will be worth it 
if I was still in brissy with my family and friends I would probably go to a bbq somewhere or have one myself .. but here I will probably just lie in my hammock under the big shady tree in my backyard and do my puzzle book and just RELAX
