Date whoever there is to date and let him know. If he´s interested, he will sign that paperwork in no time and come after you. If he doesn´t - allow yourself to fall for one of your dates. Either way, Mystic Muse says that happiness will be yours in 2011.

My policy is, I dont get involved with men that are involved. Its too complicated. You also dont want to be the rebound chick. The thing about rebounding is, we never know we are doing it. He needs to take time after this to heal and get himself together. Thats waaaaay to fresh JMO

I say move on..even if they both sign and get divorce..doesnt mean that later on they may take each other back..
If oyu have this feeling then i would step back and just see what happens..

the reality is that unless the break is final, the chances of them getting back together are fairly strong. seen it happen time & time again
but as Muse says - if you continue to date while he finalizes his divorce you at least send the message that you are living your life & if he wants to be part of it - he needs to do what he needs to do
just don't count on it hunnie - he may be trying to have his cake & eat it too

Dont really know what the heart is saying but my mind is saying seduce him to get his mind off her...lol Im JK! But I have that inner part in me telling me to move on because I thought about the same thing of them getting back together :(

Got my heart broke good, exact same situation.. go with your gut, I didn't. I actually thought he was smarter than that...I finally gave up when he just kept talking about revenge on her. Even after the divorce he went back to her, she had cheated on him repeatedly and she even got busted for drugs, he still went back...

Since the breakup wasn't his idea, if she did change her mind, he may well go back.
Personally, I'd probably not get involved - I've learned the hard way that people need to work things through on their own first before moving on. I've wasted my time and energy on guys who were separated and who couldn't move forward. Divorce and separation takes time for the heart and mind to heal. Him even jumping from one relationship to another doesn't sound good. He may simply be lonely.
I think as well, for you to even write that you want to entice him to be with you - meaning in my mind that you can make him happier than she could is not what it should be about. A competition isn't what love consists of.
There are plenty of SINGLE men out there, ready and willing to be in a relationship. Fish in the pond that has good fish, not the pond that requires a full overhaul.
