Mediation is al about conflict resolution by getting both side to make their own agreement, with you mediating in the middle.. Far cheeper and more likely to stick to an agreement that you were involved in making

Have you met every married couple on the planet and interviewed them to see if their marriage is a happy one?
I've seen unhappy marriages where the couple have stuck it for religious reasons, some for the sake of the kids and family, and one where they were both just too damn greedy to split everything up.
Yep, they're still together, and I think it's the smart ones that get divorced in situations like that.
Nothing cynical about it, just reality, and before you ask, I've never been married, or had a "bad relationship".
