normalguy68: Unlike some here in the forums, I'm not at the beck and call of any voluptuos 2 legged person who happens to walk across my path.
I do make choices and do have an opinion like any one else, if it offends, that's your problem.

Well normalguy, I want to thank you. I have been divorced from a dinosaur just like you for 6 yrs. I thought I had gotten over all the anger I felt towards him. But you grate on me just like him. So obviously I have more work to do on myself. And now I know there are other normal guys out there I will need to be very carefull.

Misty1773: When that happens is anyones guess, just haven't met the right lady yet, but I'm guessing she could blow the cobwebs of misstrust and turn my neg emotions to positive heartfelt ones.

serene56: Ok listen up normalguy

Let me break it to you gently

There AREN'T plenty of fish in the sea, why do you think there are thousands of lost souls on these sites, desperately seeking THE ONE, the happily ever after that probably doesn't exist ...

I mean, we're not 21 any more

And secondly, it's no one's responsibility to blow cobwebs off anyone, that's where you've got it allll wrong, it's YOUR job to clean up your act, get real, and be the type of person that people might want to know.

I'll go and get into the shower right now then.

I'm sure you would preffer a genuine guy who drinks, smoke, can't sit straight in bed cos' he lies so often with the sweet talk your ears long for.
Well there are plenty of those types out there with the candy tongues and bs to match.

They are better off financially because there are two of them, obviously. Two can live as cheaply as one, it's that simple.

Um, and what makes you think they are happier and healthier uh oh

I would think single people would concentrate more on their health, control their weight etc because they cook for themselves and don't have to fall into the trap of having whatever the other person is having, whether they want it or not. Singles can up and go to the gym, go for a walk or whatever they want, when they want.

And happy? Farout I've seen plenty of miserable people in relationships, and many are too lazy/afraid/resigned to it, to get out of there and get happy.

We do mature as we age and we do have our own mind and life outside the clingy touchy feely stuff, but the touchy feely stuff can use up a lot of excess energy therefore that would make you healthier.

If you're into fb, msn gossips, go for it.
Personally I'm into people who can go through the day without needing to check their inbox every 5 minutes.
