In response to: Recently told by two people, that they were warned not to go to get togethers??? Did this ever happen to anyone else??

Got the feeling from the first person who told me that it was purely a warning not to attend ... sinister ... this would have been made to someone who would attend regularly and would know the state of play at meets ... the second person I am aware of emailed today, not a regular attender or poster and had forgotten about Sativa, who has never attended .. so random warnings ....

it's probably someone who went to a meet and wasn't able to interact and then instead of blaming their own lack of social skills the blame everyone else, sounds like someone with a persecution complex

Sounds like a very bad business. The meets are fun and open for all. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there who like to play games and mess things up for others.

That was only an issue once ever in over a dozen meets that have been on since I joined. Mostly the hints and innuendos are deliberately far removed from what really happened (at least at the meets I attended)
