Distance puts strain on relationships , My 3 hr distance proved too much over time , it was a drag hard to arrange kids pets etc long drives weekends just too hard and it takes so long to really get to know someone . never again , they either can move close or forget it wine

kittykawaii: What do you consider up the road?
I'm done with dating. I nearly moved states for someone and now I'm alone and pregnant back home in Sydney. If I wasn't so adamant about not dating anymore I wouldn't date anyone out of Sydney.
My kids dad used to work out of Sydney 5 days out of 7 and that was hard enough.
Long distance relationships are lonely and sometimes costly. I wouldn't put myself through that again. And I definitely wouldn't uproot my kids for anyone. I'm staying putand not going anywhere for anyone.

Next to my home town here in Wonthaggi, Sawtell would be pretty high up on the list underneath Strahan as one of the places i'd love to live.
The waterways and beaches are gorgeous, Coffs shops up the road.
Could make a kitty purr being in such a lovely posi.

I can see everyone wanting to move down to Nowra kizzy, not.
What a horrible place, there's like nothing there and the town is so wonky. Nice girls though.

I think we have such wonderful men in Australia. I LDR is not for me. But they have worked for some, and resulted in marriage and babies from this site. thumbs up

Individual decision I think. I really don't think I have the staying power to commit to a LDR though, I would find it too hard.

yes it is hard enough to keep a relationship going when both people are working in different states or even in your own state where you might be 3 or 4 hours away, and people trying to contact you overseas is even harder, it can work for some people but for others like myself i could not do it.JMO

Because I thought I wrote some thing wrong after reading it the wrong way. But it wasn't me at all lol so now I feel better haha!
But when those things happen I can usually blame it on what they call 'placenta brain' from being pregnant lol!
