For me, it would have to be Capitan Picard. Seriously, how could you NOT think he is the awesomest! The voice, the shiny head... He just has that presence that Kirk didn't have. He just swanned into a room and commanded respect and notice. I think I have a serious crush on the guy.

Captain Kirk was the best...the episode where he and Piccard ended up working together was great, my first and second favourite Captains...
