......you phone a company with a query or complaint and get transferred to three or four different departments/people and have to explain the whole thing over and over again....without a satisfactory result at the end of an hour or so on the telephone! Happened to me today.

Oh ya I hate when I call about a erronious charge on a bill I receive and I get transferred to several different depts or people..It seems like every time I have a day off and I have to call about something they waste at least a hour of my time doing that. I did however complain and got 25 dollars additionally knocked off my bill for my inconvinece..lol..So along with my bill finally being sorted out and put correctly I got a additional amount credited too.. So, sometimes it helps to find the right department and person..

Don't you hate it when the people you get transferred too have so much trouble with English and have such a thick accent that you have to keep saying,"what"?.
O man! Thats a pet peeve of mine. I refuse to jump through hoops...I hate when they try to pull "stupid human tricks" I dont mind if they transfer me to the right dept, but thats it. Customer service has become just a suggestion these days
I hate it when you call a company and they try to solve your problem without having you speak to a real person. "press 1 if this is problem with cable, press 2 if it's your phone etc. Darn it..give me a real person and nip it in the bud!!
