Mates 2 days ago when i was getting off from my bicycle, i got a slight pain in my back. Now it is changing its position but remain on upper part of back.

Some times it make difficult for me to getup from bed and from chair.i dont take pain killers and did some massage.

I am too busy these days with some writings. No time for doctors.

Do u have some recommendations or home remedies...

Put ice on it and stay away from heat..No hot baths..they'll only make it worse and cause added inflammation!

Go see a doctor, cause otherwise you don`t know if you have just pulled a muscle ,nerve or got yourself discus-hernia ,or dislocated a spinal vertebra

See I always put heat on my back if its hurting for any reason and it seems to work but Sol says you're not supposed to and I can see her point..

You shouldn't really be taking advice from us quacks, if you don't want to go to a doc then Google it... you'll get more helpful advice from qualified people who really know what they're talking about hmmm
