and as for enduring Radio Slurry 
on reflection, i think it's best to try and keep quiet. i personally apologize for what i said, true it can be hard when you make an effort with people and it apparently goes un-noticed, but at the end of the day you have to do whats right for you, if you feel someone isn't showing you the respect you deserve, or even if you feel their just being nasty, whatever the case, keep your neck in and move on. Whats for you won't pass you by

Emotions were I admit running pretty high last night . I was too quick too condemn her and for that I am genuinely sorry . I've learned a valuable lesson from this .
