it's tough now pandora has been banned.....I am not good in arranging things.
luckily pandora arranged all the things with the pub in amsterdam. she is very good at this.
but I miss my sparring partner on the forums....she had that charm to interrupt a thread and bring some attention to the meet.

It takes nothing to organize an event really carenza.Once the basics have been arranged it does not need to be some mega chore.
You simply turn up.

Your welcome. I really mean it about putting unneeded pressure on yourself. Responsibility only goes so far because everyone attending is an adult. I have known friends run themselves ragged organizing such events in another forum because they felt that they are supposed to pander and please everyone in every way.
