It's just that very few Dutch members participate in the forums... Don't get discouraged.
I think it will have to be either Den Haag or Amsterdam, as there are plenty of members in both those areas of Holland.
You'd likely get better participation in Amsterdam, also from people outside of Holland.
An Amsterdam CS meet and greet on a sunny weekend in the Leidseplein (a big square full of tables surrounded by all kinds of bars/pubs) would be fabulous! And, I can also invite the singles from the Amsterdam and Utrecht expat Cultural groups I am a member of...

I would need to check my calendar but I could swing it Early August on my way back from England through Holland or failing that I could wing it for the 27th August though I will be there late afternoon at the earliest on the 27th and then have to leave earlish on the 28th...
