yep I sent 350 mails out when I was organising the Benidorm meet.
The only advice I would give is, if you know a guy who can help you, get him to send the invitation/info mails to guys, so many of them mistake it as a come on mail and fail to realise its just about a genuine get together!
Good luck with it tho C, Amsterdamn would be a great place to have one!

LOL I sent out loads and the sign up looked good....But less than 50% turned up....some folk did tell us why when they cried off, nice of them and others just did nothing.....Still those that turned up had a pretty fair weekend .....I think....

i think if there are enuf local members of CS where you are best to do it local
the more ppl that have to have money or time to travel thats the more that wont come
start local then step up to organizing one further away??
