"If You Want To Catch Someone's Attention -> whisper"

I don't ... Can you imagine whispering... fire or
help ... expecting to have a rush of people clamoring
to your aid?? LOL!!! Umm, I don't think so!

It seems to work on my clients when they come to collect their dogs... has a soothing effect on them...

working as a canine behaviourist, it works on over excited dogs too!! ... that's why they call it dog whispering! thumbs up

Usually, actual whispering is rude. I can see the calming effect of just a regular voice having a calming effect on those agitated. You don't shout at those agitated, but whisper? I don't think so.

This is the most appropriate and logical
answer I've seen so far...

Hmmm, interesting seeing who it was voiced from. tongue

Conrad73: You'd rather shout?
I guess the Tone and Volume of one's Voice ought to match what one attempts to achieve!
