What's happened to the mail and flowerbox filterboxes? Also how do we know whether a message has been read or not?

Good question Maisie! I cannot answer. I don't like many changes that have been done on CS lately.

I don't know the answers, but perhaps contact CS and ask. Personally I am absolutely delighted the filter box has gone. If I have settings set specifically for my own preferences, I certainly don't want to see mail from people outside my settings, so the filterbox going is great.

UPDATE!

I have just sent someone an email on here. My outbox of mail, the ones that have been read are shaded blue, and the unread one I just sent is white.

I don't know about flowers read or not, but maybe it is the same system?

The filter boxes are gone. The mails in those were filtered out anyway on account of your settings so they wont be missed.

The wee clock to the right of the titles on the emails not read shows orange or red depending on your computer screen settings.

I completely agree. I hate all the black, it's really hard to read and a lot of functionality has disappeared too.

For example, you used to be able to search for new members across Western Europe. Now, it's either France or The World.

CS must be mad.
