Call me crazy, but there's nothing I like better, when spending time with someone, than sitting under an awning on the beach, when it's pouring rain, with the rain drumming on the awning and everything else, with the cool, wet breeze and a fire going. Many people I know will look at such a scene and dismiss it as dark, overcast, wet and miserable. For me it's calming and serene, and has a beauty all its own.

The outdoors is fine in small doses, but I don't want to spend any extended period of time out there.I have done more then my fair share of deep woods camping just to please a man and I will never do that again.I hated every second of it.Give me a nice hotel with room service over a tent and having to pee in the buses any day.

i love to dance and walk in rain.... getting all wet.... love it.... after that having a good coffee is great
For me the great outdoors is what living is all about, there is nothing better than grabing a few bits of kit and going trekking to clear the cobwebs especially over winter.

I own 6 acres with a 16x32 camp on it in Lyman NH. It is in a small valley surrounded by several thousand acres of wilderness. It was my fathers dream which he made true by buying the property in 1985. When he died in 1999, it was passed onto my brothers and I.
We have taken a lot of deer out of there over the years.
