I have 2 at the moment and am not sure if i ll make more ,one on my arm and one on my shoulder, had earing before but no body piercing-not my thing

The internet is littered with bad hygiene stories from this part of the world.
Get into a taxi with a driver from that part of the world and you'll see what i mean.

I plan to get some text on my other shoulder soon. It'll be a shortened version of a quote from a sioux prayer translated by Chief Yellow Lark in 1887.

I have two tattoos, one on my upper arm which I did when I was 15 (I've had that one for 12 years) and one on my lower back to the left, that I did in December last year. Both of them are kind of milestones for me, a history in my life. I don't care if people don't like them, the tattoos are mine and I gave them to myself :) Maybe I wont like them in 30 years, but who cares? I love them now, and I would feel naked without them...and I have pierced ears and a piercing in my belly. I once tried to remove it, but I missed it so much so it is still there...and I love that one too. I have had the piercing in my belly for 10 years soon

You do have a point there about the particular case you quoted, but lets face it, this is an extreme scenario.
I have no problem with either piercings or tattoos if they are tasteful and not excessive, but that´s just my opinion and of course subjective.
One thing I do dislike though is pierced ears on baby girls.
