It's a tragic thing. How the ugly face of evil reveals itself in so many ways.
Let us remember not to blame God for what man is perfectly capable of doing on his own initiative.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the friends and relatives associated with this atrocity.

Amen.

You touched on a good point there 13th. People often say, especially on CS forums, how can there be a God with so much suffering in the world.

I have an incredibly strong faith in God, although I am not religious. I believe that God gave us free will and especially nowadays with the progress we have made, the options we have, the opportunities, etc., it is up to all of us to make the world a better place. We have free will - to use it for the best, or to use it for the worst - it is up to humankind to make this world a safe, happy and secure place. Hard to do, yes, but we can all play a part - perhaps even by helping others, voluntary work, a helping hand, kind smile, etc. There is way too much selfishness nowadays.

Sadly these random acts of madness, craziness, evil - not sure exactly how to describe it - have happened and will happen as long as man can easily get their hands on whatever it takes to make a bomb, or a fast action gun??

A coward, ugly, selfish coward to do this to innocent people.

The pain the families of the deceased will be immeasurable but a thought goes out to those who survived this horrible act, I am sure it will be something they will never forget.

Hug your loved ones tonight. hug teddybear

My heart goes out to the people of Norway. My Son asked "dad why are there so many cruel people in this world?" when we heard the news on friday i did not have an answer. I like to think most people are decent caring and loving . But the news only shows us the bad side of life.sad flower

Terrorism and stuff like this happens in alot countries, but I would never a thought that Norway would be on the receiving end of something like this.
