About 2 years ago i had 9 points. I got 2x3 for speeding ( 45mph in 40mph zone & 67mph in 50 zone
). The other 3 points i recieved for jumping a red traffic light.Fortunately license has been clean for past 18 months

That's just awful bad timing for most people. They get caught on the very rare occasion that the phone actually rings while they're in the car

One speeding fine but no penalty points,(i was caught on the motorway by camera) because i have a UK driving license........................ A Sat Nav is brill as it beeps when i am breaking the speed limit ..........

Yeah i got two points for speeding in Fermoy, County Cork in 2004. I was doing 50 in a 30mph hour zone (that was back when it was in miles instead of kilometres). I had to pay an €80 fine but my licence has been clean for the last four years. I learned my lesson after that one.

Its a tomtom.............. dont ask me what model N but when i am on the motorway or even minor roads now it beeps as soon as i go over the speed limit. I will find out exact model and PM you N

I have none and I drive about 700 miles a week, I know where all the speed cameras are and all I do is slow down under the limit when I pass them, works for me

I hadnt any up to yesterday. Overtook a lorry and the speed van was right in front of me when i took him. I guess its 2 points i will get for it.
