Ehh who knows about people and why we do things...he could be thinking in a psychological aspect, that first impressions are everything technique?? ..but then again that's a huge mislead?I guess i wasn't much help!! lol sorry

nope wouldnt do it, honesty is important, if they are gonna lie about the little things they will probably lie about the big things. why be dishonest, no reason for it.

In my experience, being at the receiving end of deception caused by fear is not a good way to start a relationship/dating someone. They could do it again further on for the same reasons. It's impossible to have honest communication with someone who's ruled by fear. Without honest communication you don't have a healthy relationship. Not good!!!
I'm not talking here about age differences or the deception itself. I'm talking about the mechanism of deception due to fear. That "self-protection" mechanism can be an integral part of someone who is ruled by fear (for whatever reason). Not recommended as a dating choice!! IMO
