One of the things on mine was to visit Italy. I´ve just accomplished that, three weeks travelling around the north, but it was a working trip. sigh

Still, I did get to achieve lots of sightseeing during the three weekends there. Wonderful, and I have never tasted such fab pizza and pizza dishes which I normally steer clear of.

Happygolucky4u: There are four states in the U.S. where they can do that. And lucky me Florida is one. If you do not work the overtime and get fired you cannot draw unemployment and I think that might just be in the state of Florida about the unemployment. I get time and a half for my hours over fourty. But I basically have no life. For a ten hour day I get a twenty five minute lunch and a fifteen minute break. It is a physical labor job you have to be able to lift a hundred pounds easy. So that tells you what kind of labor. Sorry I think I just got carried away

Sorry earthangel

I believe North Carolina is another. I worked at a place for approximately a month and during the entire time had to work 7 days a week just so they could meet the production schedule. Christmas came and I never went back after the holidays. Because I didn't give any notice, the temp agency wouldn't find me another job

I believe you are correct. I think some states need to revamp their labor laws. mumbling
