Where are all of the tall men in Canada? I am 50 years old, 6'0" tall. I am seeking the company of a tall gentleman who does not smoke. Why on "God's green earth" does he seem so hard to find? When I check out the "who has viewed me" part of this site - there are lots of men who are 5'5" to 5'8". I am a very nice lady - just rather particular about height. Any suggestions? Any tall men "hear my plea"?

Sorry Lorraine...at 5' they all seem tall to me...blues

And once again..we want what we can't have...all i ever really wanted was to be "TALL"...so i live vicariously through others...moping

I know how you feel hun. I'm 7' myself and given that I grew up in a slew of small towns I'm used to bein the tallest guy around, even now being grown and livin in the city I have noticed a lack of tall people, however when it comes to dating height isn't high on the list of qualifications but being a leg man I have noticed that tall ladies seem to have better legs[some exceptions do apply, wikked for exampleblushing] so all I can say is keep looking and maybe you'll find him I wish you the best in your search but tall people do seem to be quite rare unfortunately.

I am like you. I normaly am not attracted to men shorter than me. Its just a preference. Not ignorance. Everyone has their preferences.

They don't have to be 6 or 7 feet tall in my case but just as long as they are my height and more not less :o)

You know, the only time I've ever been able to see over everyone's head is when I'm standing in my son's grade 3 class. And even then, it's getting harder! I'm 5'2 1/2" (can't forget the 1/2!!!) I'm seeing a guy who's well over 6', and its frikken fabulous!

all the tall men are most often with shorter women......
the other day it hit me.......I was "people watching" while my neice was on a shopping rampage....and noticed LOADS of tall men, well over 6' tall.....with women who were merely 5' tall.......
it really doesn't matter what height a person is.....but Lorraine, I hear ya on that one......I too am 6' tall and usually have men who reach my navel ask me out! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing
oh well, just an observation.........

Well Chuck,

I don't think that it is a dumb rule. I can enjoy the company and conversation of a short man. I am just looking for a tall man.

Really, honestly - given your stated preferences, I don't think that a very large, very tall woman would stand a chance with you. I don't think that you would give her the time of day. Correct me if I am wrong.
